Multi-Pronged Solutions For Multi-Location Growth.

The Ask

It began in 2015 with a request to create Google 360 tours for a handful of their locations. Upon learning more about our team’s capabilities, however, that initial request soon evolved into much more.

When Dave & Buster’s came to us, they knew us only as a certified Google StreetView Partner and were seeking our assistance in creating virtual tours for a handful of their (at the time) 90 locations.

Upon completion of this initial request, our leadership team flew down to D&B’s headquarters and provided their team with the finished assets. We delivered a presentation covering the full breadth of our team’s other capabilities. Our data-centric, “measure twice, cut once” approach to research and strategy resonated with their team. We were quickly tasked with uncovering new opportunities for them to augment their already substantial digital presence. This initial research and strategy initiative would prove to be the key driver behind our partnership’s epic growth.

Search Engine Optimization
We’ve been a digital-first agency since 2002 and SEO has been a core competency for each of those years. Since taking over management of the Dave & Buster’s website, we’ve been able to grow their organic presence through both the technical optimization of their website and refinement to the content found within.
Local Business Listing Optimization
A critical piece of the ecosystem, business listings like Google My Business often represent the first touchpoint that a potential customer has with you. As such, we focused on optimizing each location’s listings for both visibility and usability. The results have been noteworthy.
Website & Infrastructure
A redesign of the top entry points into the website with a focus on eliminating friction points for key audience segments was the first of many updates we performed on behalf of Dave & Buster’s. In addition to our UX work, the team also undertook the task of updating their infrastructure and CMS to provide a quicker and more secure foundation upon which to build.
Paid Media (SEM/PPC)
Our data-driven approach to building paid media campaigns takes the onus off of impressions and puts it directly on performing against specific objectives instead. Made to measure and monitored daily, our campaigns soon produced the results we’ve built our reputation as a premier partner on.
