If you’re passionate about transforming ideas into impactful narratives, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are eager to make a difference, we want you on our team!

About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Operatic, you will lead the strategy and execution of influencer marketing programs across healthcare and consumer clients. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with deep platform fluency, strong commercial judgment, and a track record of delivering measurable impact.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure influencer initiatives are fully integrated, insight-led, and performance-driven. While experience in public relations and social media strategy is an asset, influencer marketing expertise is core to the role. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a strong plus.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications, this role offers the opportunity to drive high-profile campaigns from concept through execution, contribute to strategic planning, and strengthen the agency’s influencer capability through thoughtful, scalable execution.

This position is ideal for an experienced, entrepreneurial professional who understands the evolving creator economy and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Commercial & Performance Management

  • Negotiate influencer contracts, usage rights, and licensing agreements
  • Structure compensation models aligned to campaign outcomes
  • Partner with paid media teams on amplification, whitelisting, and performance optimization
  • Define meaningful KPIs and measure performance beyond vanity metrics
  • Translate campaign insights into optimization strategies and future planning

Platform, Compliance & Industry Expertise

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms
  • Stay current on creator trends, pricing benchmarks, and platform updates
  • Ensure all influencer activity meets regulatory and compliance standards
  • Apply healthcare or regulated industry knowledge to navigate medical, legal, and risk considerations where applicable

Cross-Functional Contribution

  • Act as the influencer subject matter expert within integrated client teams
  • Contribute to pitch development and campaign planning
  • Support PR and earned media initiatives where appropriate (nice to have, not core)

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in an agency setting
  • Demonstrated success leading influencer programs for complex or high-profile brands
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a strong asset

Technical & Strategic Expertise

  • Deep experience in influencer strategy, activation, and performance measurement
  • Strong understanding of influencer pricing, contract structuring, and usage rights
  • Experience integrating influencers with paid media strategies
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms, creator marketplaces, and social listening tools
  • Ability to connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Committed to high standards of strategic clarity and executional excellence
